Address for the Newberry Library is; 60 West Walton St. Chicago, IL. 60610-3380 312-943-9090 Hours are; Tue thru Fri 10:00 to 6:00 and Sat. 9:00 to 5:00 They do have a website, http://www.NEWBERRY.ORG I would suggest you get there as early as possilble, you have to get a library card, it's free but they run you up and down stairs for that. You have to order any copying to be done, it's $2.00 a page. Lots of books to go through, some of them are reference books to other books that might reference you to something else, you have to fill out "call" forms and have the books delivered to your table. Census films and Chicago directory microfilms are a walk in and view deal, one printer tho, think that was 75 cents a copy for that. People are helpful. Cidney
