Has anyone used Higginson Books yet? I've known about this place for some time, but haven't been brave enough to try them yet. It also says "The books in the Family History Catalog are paperbound; Class A hardcover bindings are available for an additional $ 12.00 per volume." I would like to know about the quality of these books from anyone that has had experience with them. Thanks! But this book, History of Northern Wisconsin, IS being reprinted by Higginson Books! Here's the web page link to all the other old books they are republishing about Wisconsin: http://www.higginsonbooks.com/vttowy.htm#wisconsin I don't know if the reprints have all the pictures/plates of the originals, and sometimes they'll be in smaller typeset -- maybe even a better one ::grin:: The books are sort of pricey, especially the large ones, but considering what you'd pay for a *real* original volume of any of those books, Higginson is a bargain. Even in non-pristine condition, original books like these sell for *hundreds* of dollars from book dealers, IF you can find one. deb
