Hi, I don't know about Wisconsin laws pertaining to age of consent, but when I did research in Iowa, the IGS (Iowa Genealogical Society) told me that if my g-grandparents were not of age, they would need parental consent. They were both of age unfortunately. That marriage was in 1885, So I would speculate that they would need consent at 14. Hope that helps. Kathy Duncan Cawley
