(Or travel world-wide to see with our own eyes.) Why do you collect and publish the info if you don't want anyone to use it? It doesn't seem to me that this is the kind of publication that a person would just read for the pleasure of reading. Until I read this, "Some have contended that by just writing down a name and plot number they are not in violation" I thought you just were referring to posting the information. Am I all confused here? I can't be the only one asking theses questions, am I? Lita - wondering, too then, about the info we get from other "private" individuals. If we unknowingly get copyrighted info from them are we still liable? We are knowingly putting ourselves at risk. I'm getting mightily confused. And losing a lot of the fun of researching my family trees! People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
