(I know it is rare) That who ever complained and sited the "violation" of law, was in fact just plain irritated about all the letters that were crossing in the open newsforum, about something that obviously didn't interest them... Perhaps, the lesson to be learned here is that on inquirers that really deserve a private response, maybe we ought to take the time and effort to make our personal questions personal..... I really think if Sally's gracious offer was the only POSTED letter that the scoundrel had seen, he wouldn't have thought to complain.... Again, just a thought for the future... Iris
