If one does not want to have their work sold, but wants to share it, the best way to do that is post it at every free place on the web... Those that put a tree on a pay site should not be shocked when it has value enough to sell... If it is posted everywhere on the web for free, who would pay for a copy?? Now, If one researched and compiled for the purpose of selling it, it would be down right discouraging to see their work all over the place on free sites, for the same reason... no one would pay them for the work they did...
