Does anyone know what a balley is? My grandfather owned a liquor store and saloon. The liquor was bottled on the premises from wooden kegs. He had to license his pool tables and balleys. In 1902 he licensed four balleys.....I've tried online dictionaries but found nothing.......Beats my brain. Janet Enloe in Monarch, MT
