Just a comment. I got a distress email from a lady who used FTM and the URL it pointed her to was invalid. What I did, was start from the back of the URL and take off a word up to the next slash, until it came to a site, where it told me it moved to. HEARTLAND's whole site has moved and all their info and it had the new URL, plus a search engine. Then, I typed in what she was searching for and got the new site... Guess my comment is FTM once submitted has no way to update the information yet... or if they do the submitters aren't changing it in a timely manner. SO, if URL or email address changes, you can't contact the submitter. Don't give up. Sometimes a quick search on the browser search engine will find it...
