Reads as follows: BETA GAMMA SIGNA This is to certify that Milton A Rassner has been elected a member of Beta Gamma Signa by the Beta of Wisconsin Chapter on the twenty seventh day of April A.D. 1934 Grand President: Roswell C M Crea Grand Secretary: William D Gordon Would like to see it gets to someone searching this family line. No charge, found it at a Salvation Army and could not pass it up. Hate to see anything with a history of family lay forgotten. Sally
