This is what I found-There was a Spring Valley in the following counties-Mainitowoc, Pierce, Richland and Rock. Spring Valley was a township in Rock and should still exist. Also the Spring Valley in Manitowoc and Pierce counties still exist. In Richland County, found this information Bloom City was once Bon, West Branch and Spring Valley.
