Dear Susan. You can write to Wisconsin State Genealogical Society(WSGS) for one of two certificates. Pioneer- Ancestor has to have been in Wisconsin prior to 1851. Century- Ancestor was in Wisconsin more than 100 years. Write to WSGS P.O. Box 5106 Madison, WI 53705-0106 Information is very detailed.
