    3. Joan: Janesville and Beloit are in Rock county. Elkhorn is in Walworth. Some counties charge for a search. Birth records are $12. in WI. Property records would be found at the court house in Elkhorn or possibly stored at the annex. Rock county records would be either at the court house 51 S Main or at the Rock Co Historical Society located on the corner of N Jackson and Mineral Point in Janesville. Hope this is helpful.
