    3. I do know about this Ella Heacox. I cannot find anything else about her. I have been in the Michigan internet for this person but nothing has looked hopeful, maybe not the right area I looked into. But I could not find anything else about her also. She is the right age. 2. EXAMPLE Hi Sherry.. snipping is where you copy only a pertinent part of a message and send with your repsonse versus resending the entire message you are answering to. So with your message above.. I would copy the part below and add a word or two of mine for clarity. <snipped for saving bandwidth and subscribers nerves! ;) <<how to replies with eliminating parts of the original e-mail>> Thanks Brenda _____________________________- -- this is short message.. imagine one a page or 2 long!! 3. It is also supposed that many could have escaped the fire and just kept on going, because there was nothing to go back for, as the fire was so great. They never had a good census either, as many people came and went for the logging industries, up that way at the time. Karolyn

    3. Yes, the California death index is most helpful, as it gives--when the information is available--date and state of birth and mother's maiden name. 3. I am looking for a person by the name of E. or Ella Heacox or similar spelling , someplace in WI. Have you ever heard of this name. I know there was an Ella Heacox in Rudolph County. Is there any more. The date would be 1870 thru 1890. or there abouts. This lady is very hard to locate. She would be my great grandmother.
