Hi, This may be old news to most, but I am still learning about this little machine. I am saving all GENTRY posts in a GENTRY file. (Don't ask me how to set up files, my husband did it for me). I just went to edit, and sorted by subject, alphabetically. Now if you and others have posted messages, with subject, say, "Nicholas I", all of them are together in that mailbox file. If we will all remember this when we post messages, to think ahead when we write our subject, those of us who do this can refer back to every post with that subject matter more easily. No more searching so much.
