I have checked for Isom Gentry but the only thing I have been able to find is that he is the father of Polly (Gentry) McCollom b. 1806 and Elizabeth (Gentry) Kuykendall b. 1810 in KY. There is a quote in "Paxton Annals" about him but it only states "Isom Gentry was another good old pioneer of backwoods memory." My husband is also related to another Gentry line which is as follows: Samuel Nicholas Nicholas II David David, Jr. Pleasant Pleasant, Jr. James Georgia Elizabeth Roy Eugene (Gene) Werline (my husband) Are you related to any of the above Gentrys?
