Looking for the parents of William J. GENTRY born in AL of unknown parents and moved to Mississippi where he married the widow of G.G. Hunt in about 1855. Temperance M. Gentry had two children by her first marriage: James Jefferson HUNT and John J. HUNT born 1852 and 1854 respsectively. Then she had the following GENTRY children: Amanda GENTRY (b. 1857), Allen GENTRY (b. 1858), Mary Alice GENTRY (b. 1859), Thomas GENTRY (b. 1866), Elizabeth L. GENTRY(b. 1868 in LA).
