My great grandparents were Edwin Willis Gentry b 8-24-1876, Rockport, Spencer Co, IN m 3-24-1901 Rockport, IN d 6-9-1962 at Owensboro, Daviess Co Hosp KY buried at Sunset Hill in Rockport, Spencer Co, IN and Ida Belle Earl b 11-30-1882 Rockport, IN d 4-24-1962 Owensboro, Daviess Co Hosp Ky buried at Sunset Hill in Rockport, Spencer Co, IN. Edwin's parents are James Gentry b 12-18-1828 Spencer Co, IN m 1-6-1859 d 9-5-1893 Spencer Co, IN and Ann Haines b 1837 KY d 1-10-1881. Ann's parents were Garrett Haines b possibly 9-13-1800 in Carroll Co KY and possibly Nancy Chadwell b 1803 VA d 2-24-1863 Spencer Co IN. I'd like to know more abour Ann Haines' family. James Gentry's parents were Allen Gentry b circa 1808 m 3-20-1828 d 1862 buried at Sunset Hill in Rockport,IN and Anna C Roby b 1803 C d 1-21-1883. Anna's father was Absalom Roby b circa 1784 d 3-20-1870 buried at Sunset Hill in Rockport IN. I'd like to know more about Anna's family. Can anyone help me? Does any of this fit into your family?
