Still on the list here in Villa Park, IL. Believe descendant of Allan Cain Gentry: Allan Cain Gentry John Gentry m Elizabeth Moody Mitta Gentry m Solomon Skelton Mitta was born 2/15/1797 in SC. She died 4/28/1874 in Saline Co., IL. She married Solomon 6/12/1812 in SC. Solomon was in the War of 1812 and Mitta filed for a widow's pension. She had no copy of a marriage license so her marriage was proved by affadavits of people who had known Mitta and Solomon in SC. I have a copy of the NARA file which includes a copy of the family bible. Solomon and Mitta came to Illinois around 1832 with the Riley and Gregg families and settled in Gallatin Co. Suzanne Liva
