"Driver's health may have precipitated fatal wreck" Del Rio, TN - Authorities say a North Carolina man who died in a single vehicle accident in Cocke County Wednesday may have been ill before the crash. Cherrell E. Gentry, 45, of Hot Springs was eastbound on East Highway 25/70 at 5:20 p.m. in a 1990 GMC pickup truck when the accident occured, according to Trooper Jarrett Ramsey of the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Witnesses indicated that Gentry was traveling under the speed limit when he drifted off the roadway and hit a tree head-on, Ramsey said. Family members said Gentry had complained of chest pains earlier on Wednesday. Estelle
