I am researching a William, maybe George William, in Morgan co, IL in the 1840 Fed census pg 15-ln 5. He is listed Males: 1 2 0 2 1 Females: 1 2 1 0 2 0 1. Also in the census is a James M. Gentry listed as 1 0 1 0 0 1 // 0 0 3 0 0 1 on pg 5, ln 7. James M. is written up in the Morgan Co, History/Bios of Morgan Co, IL in 1878 as being the son of John P.
