In Reply to message #4 from Margie: Have you tried the Ellis Island site for his arrival? It is a start. Also check with the National Archives, they have naturalization information. If you can give them a start and the fact that he was in a particular state, maybe they can narrow down his place of naturalization You know when he died, do you have a death certificate? If so, check the certificate for the cemetery and see if it is still an active cemetery, check on what records they may still have. Also if you know when, do you know where?
