Dear Fellow GenFans: (Genealogy Fanatics) When a lightening storm last Friday surged power to my CPU, not only did my computer refuse me access to the Internet, but when I finally was able to log on safely, I noticed ALL my Favorite Places were erased! Not only did I lose my entire FamilyTree work (that was my own foolhardy fault!), but ALL the sites I so carefully bookmarked to use over and over again vanished. All genealogy related, of course....:( Could I ask a favor of you out there? Could you please send me maybe one or two of your favorite genealogy URL's so I can build up my "stash" once again? I had quite a few....and to try to remember them all by myself is all but impossible....a number of then were pertaining to Lithuania and Lith. genealogy....I am hoping this request could benefit others as well. Thank you all out there....if someone can benefit from my "weekend from Hell" (learn from my mistakes) then it was well worth the head banging!! Mary in Mich ([email protected])
