Can someone tell me where I can look up names who fought in the Civil War. Someone in my Himes family must have fought in the Civil War as we have a hand carved cane from the Veterans Home in VA. It was always in the cedar chest, but know nothing about it, so I thought perhaps there is a list where I can call up the Himes names and check who it may have belonged to. Thanks for all your help.
