You should be able to open the .jpg files downloaded. Then you'll be able to manipulate them so that you can read or print them. I'm not sure what the Iexpore is, but if you check out any of the software sections of RootsWeb or like sites, you will probably find it. There are several Internet Explores on Microsoft's website.
