Any one: I would appreciate your advice please: A "cousin" has e-mailed several messages saved in .htm with attachments of documents saved in .jpg. Some of the documents when opened are too large for my screen so that parts of the document are cut off losing much of the information. In some cases the printed letters are very large, several times more than normal. Is there a way for me to recover the missing information by using my scanner or must these files be rescanned or ? I saved some of these messages as htm and some as jpg . The latter cannot be opened and read as a pop up window tells me it requires (iexplore.exe)to open. Where will I find this? Have I erred in how these documents were saved? My PC is using Win 98, Netscape,Umax(Astra 610P)scanner. Hoping that this explanation is clear and that some one can advise me as what to do.
