Can someone help? I'm trying to get copies of birth & death certificates of my father, his siblings, and his parents. I received papers back saying that they cannot release this info for GENEAOLGICAL REASONS and that I needed to send certified copies of these people's death certificates to prove that they are deceased and a notarized letter or something about my reason for wanting these documents. The reason is for FAMILY MEDICAL RESEARCH.There is cancer in some parts (Female side) and I want to check this out. What do I need to get these documents?
