Hi looking at the following site <http://www.mit.edu/geo?location=Somerset%2C+Virginia>http://www.mit.edu/ge o?location=Somerset%2C+Virginia I found that there is a Somerset Virginia in Orange Co Va. there is a Old Somerset Va too as well as Somerset Beach in King George co. hope this helps some.  I went to school with some Childress children in Arlington VA and their grands were down in Orange co.
