Hi Suz, I have to agree that I doubt there is any secrecy about this but how far records go beyond the local parish/diocese/archdiocese, I just don't know. I think perhaps calling the Archdiocese office and asking how to do this might result in a quick answer. Good luck to you and the other searcher.
