    3. I've gone through hypnosis myself for therapy. It does work but nowhere near like the movies. The movies are a joke in that respect. Basically, it is a deep state of relaxtion and you still maintain full control. It's a possibility for you that it might work but keep in mind it is definitely not inexpensive. Recommend you see a psychologist who is trained in hypnosis. Good luck!
