I am with all of you that have paper work on top of the filing cabinet, on top of the desk, on top of the kitchen table, etc............. I am now up to 6, 3 drawer filing cabinets. What I did just start and is helping alot, is I got one of those catalog holders from the office supply store. In one of the catalog holders I have my maiden name family. And in the other I have my marriage name family. They are so easy to have at your finger tips. I did do the folder bit with a different folder for each surname, that worked until you start reaching over 100 folders, there is no room. I put all the odds and ends in the file cabinet, but keep the good info and documents on the family in the catalog holders. Well that is my 2 cents worth. Debby
