    1. FTM CDs
    2. I have 4 of the marriage CDs. I bought them before they had a bundle. There are for selected counties and selected years. Do not expect to get every marriage in Indiana from early to 1850 on CD #228. I also have World Family Tree Vol 1 - 12. They are good if you luck out and fine someone who is researching your family tree or part of it. I have some information on a couple who may possibly be my gggrandparents. Enough to do more research to see if they fit. I also have two of the census Index CD's. 1607-1789 and 1860. These only show the head of household and where to find the info on the original census--county, state and page number. A census index is just that an index. If you are looking for a John Carter and don't know where he was for that census you will not be able to identify him. I understand there are CDs available that are actually transcriptions of the actual census pages. I have not actually seen one. The FTM CD's are easy to use with the Family Tree Maker software. Since I have some of the older CDs and also have the GRS DOS program I prefer to use that to access information from those older CDs. I don't think you can use GRS on the World Family Tree CDs. I hope I have answered some of the questions you wanted answered. Toni Gorman rockall@aol.com
