Hi GenTippers, I'm a newbie, so please excuse this dumb question. I would like to obtain land records on some of my ancestors, I guess you have to have a Warrent-Patent number before you can access the index. How do you get the Warrent Patent Number? Thanks for any help you can give me. Mary L.
