Judith, It appears you are using Eudora 4.0 for email, if that is so, and if there are not too many changes from 3 to 4, then try this: Single Click the word TOOLS up at the top Single click on OPTIONS at the bottom of that drop menu In the left portion of the window that opens, slide down till you see SENDING MAIL Single click on it Near the bottom you will see a line that says DEFAULT SIGNATURE with a box to the right Single click the little down arrow, and you will get a drop down box Single click on <NO DEFAULT> Single click OK If you ever occasionally want to add your signature file back for a specific message, here is what should work (again providing 4 is same as 3): When you are typing an email, above all the buttons for formatting your text (which you should never do for a list) but below the buttons for the program (like reply and such) there will now be a box towards the left side (should be 2nd from the left) which says <none> It used to say the name of your sig file. Click the little drop down arrow, and select your sig file and it will be attached to that message. To see, change, add a sig file: Single click on the word TOOLS Single click on the word Signatures Select DELETE to remove a file NEW to make another or your first THE-NAME of an existing file to look at or modify it. If you have any questions, please feel free to send them to me. Hope these got you thru, Sherry Lynn (BOUSE) NISLY
