Whoa! The SS applications that I've requested (submitted in 1930's) did NOT in include death date or place of death of the applicant. Keep in mind that if you request a copy of the actual application it would be impossible for the applicant to fill out his/her date and place of death... unless they filled it out on their deathbed! IMHO, a copy of the actual application is the most genealogically satisfying but it WON'T include death information.
