Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to get a photocopy of a birth certificate that isn't certified where you have to pay $10 (or however much it is)?  Or do the states only send out certified copies?  Would I be able to go to the place myself and make a photocopy instead of paying the $10?  I have a lot of certificates to request and it would get quite expensive.
