Check out Legacy at http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com. It's priced right and all of the updates are FREE! Right now they are on version 2.0. (I've had it for over a year and have downloaded numerous updates.) A new 3.0 version is in the works and there could be a charge for a major update, but nothing about that has been on the user forum yet.
