You can print copies of blank sheets to fill in by hand, complete on your computer to print afterward, or send copies of blanks to others for completion. George asked me to remind folks you must save each group sheet as a unique file name as you complete it, or it will overwrite previous copies. Many thanks to George for freely sharing these!
