I've run out of ideas on how to find the date date for my ggrandfather, Wiley Paul. He lived in Tippah Co., MS & is said to have died abt 1870. There are no records on line, at that website, in the death index, and nothing that the historical society or anyone else can find. Any suggestions? Linda [email protected]
