Does anyone know if there actually is a Grassey Valley, MO? My grandmother claimed to have been born there, but we can only find a Grassy, MO. My grandmother was Elma Mae Wray - her father was Harve Wray and mother was Dessie Mae Cummins daughter of George Cummins b 7/20/1873 d 4/8/1951 who married Maggie Palmer. Their children were: Elma Mae Wray - b. December 10, 1910, d. July 10, 1986 in Granite City, IL James Wray - b. Poplar Bluff, MO Raymond Wray Sylvia Wray Ruby Wray Floyd Wray Elma and parents moved to Greene County, Arkansas. Dessie's second husband was Jacob McBroom. Anyone out there have any connections.
