My policy on listing the living is as follows: If they are listed in the phone directory then I can list them in my genealogy files. If they are listed in the state registery then I can list them in my genealogy files. In all other cases I get permission from the individual. Any living person who thinks their lives are private anymore are dead wrong. I have a son who is attending college majoring in computer science and telecommunications and he has shown me on several occasions how to extract information on most any living individual with just a name. Neither of us abuse the rights of individuals and have no desire to do so. rich
