I am still trying to find out how to get a birth certificate on a IVAN FRANCES PENROSE Born July 9,1911 in around Polk Co.,Iowa but I'm NOT sure if Polk co. is the right count are not.I know he lived in Linn county in 1945-1950.Also his wife DEVENA MARION FRITZSINGER(FRITZINGER).Born June 25,1913 also somewhere in the state of Iowa.ANY help would be very much appreciated.
