He was found through his application for marriage license in Carteret County, NC. I was also able to get the wife's correct name. I had been unable to find Mr. Williams because I was looking for the wrong name for the wife. Not only had she been married before, but the family only knew her by her middle name. The Carteret Marriage License information also provided me with additional information on 4 of her siblings. Thanks!!! Have a beautiful day.
