    1. Searching for Grandmother & family members

    3. I am trying to find any information on my Grandmother, Lucy Trottier, born 26 Oct. 1874 in Newport, VT. If anyone would be willing to do a lookup at the town clerk's office of her birth certificate it would be greatly appreciated. I need my great, great grandparents names to continue my search. I suspect that the Trottiers came from the Mauricie Bois-Frances region in Québec, Canada, possibly Gentilly, Que. Any information on the family and their members would be helpful. My grandfather, Antonio Beauchesne was born on 12 May 1876 at St. Eusebe-de-Stanfold, Princeville, Que. I have not been able to locate either family in either the 1890 or 1900 U.S. census. My grandfather emigrated to Newport, VT, U.S. via the Canadian Pacific RR on 3 Oct 1892 so I can only guess that he knew the Trottier family. They were married in Tilton, NH on 27 Jan 1896. My great, great grandfather was Moise Beauchesne born 24 Apr 1835, Gentilly, Que. married 14 Feb 1860 Gentilly, Que. to Marie-Louise Lacerte born 9 Oct 1836. Earlier generations from Que. are family name was Bourbeau. Thank you for any help you might be able to provide. If I can repay the favor in any way let me know. I live outside of Denver and there is a regional National Archives center here so I might be able to help anyone doing research in the western U.S. Rick Beauchesne Home: Work: Rick Beauchesne U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service 16001 East Alaska Place, #13 Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR Aurora, CO 80017-2148 Bldg. 111 (303)337-4329 Commerce City, CO 80022 email: rickb@bewellnet.com (303)289-0931 work email: Rick_Beauchesne@pmrma-emh1.army.mil 140th CF (COANG) email: R BEAUCHESNE@cobkf.ang.af.mil
