I attended a Genealogy Fair in San Francisco several years ago and purchased several disks from this woman. She had many graphics displayed (including several variations of trees, frames, title pages, etc.) that she guaranteed would work with my word processor (Microsoft Word for Windows) - they really looked GREAT. Needless to say - NOTHING worked! When I wrote her she assured me she would correct the problem and get back to me. Several phone calls and another letter from me, over a period of months, resulted in her asking me to return the disks so she could fix the problem. I did as requested - returned the disks and accompanying documentation. To keep this fairly short - I have not heard from her since I returned all the material I had purchased - close to $100 worth - in 1997. I wrote another letter requesting a refund for the materials - nada, nothing, niet, zero, zip - not even the courtesy of a reply to my letter. Remember this name and company lest you encounter the same problems.
