I purchased the ULTIMATE FAMILY TREE DELUXE (palladium), installed it, and no matter what I do I cannot get on line through the "on-line resources" . I have signed on to AOL, minimized it and then opened the UFT and tried it that way and still nothing, Palladium told me it was a problem with AOL. and AOL said I also had trouble with my browser, after installing UFT. After using my CP & letting it go to "sleep", I cannot get on the internet, unless I shut down AOL & then restarting. After that everything is fine. Next time, same thing all over again. I get the same message.
