I know I have promised people I would do lookups but can't seem to find time to do even my own research. I will eventually answer, even if it takes a year. In some instances, I just copy the requested information without a response to the person requesting it. If I am able to get the information I send it, if I can't, they never knew I was working on it. No need for anyone to be rude, especially over an SASE. I got a letter once from a woman, who sent me information and informed me she was sending the information "even though I did not enclose a SASE". My opinion, if you are that petty and cheap, don't do it!! But remember, what goes around comes around.
