I purchased the ULTIMATE FAMILY TREE DELUXE (palladium), installed it, and no matter what I do I cannot get on line through the "on-line resources" . I have signed on to AOL, minimized it and then opened the UFT and tried it that way and still nothing, Palladium told me it was a problem with AOL. and AOL said it was a problem with Palladium, can antone out there help me?? everytime i try it, a pop up box says that "a connection with the server could not be established", I have AOL 3.0, and Internet Explorer. any help would be appreciated cheeta829@aol.com
