Hi Can anyone do a look up for Winnipeg Can? I had a grandfather that was a draft dodger and went to Winnipeg to avoid being drafted. As I understand it my Uncle Lynn Waldie Walker or Graham was born there and my Aunt Marjorie was born there too. They were born 1916 @ 1917. I understand he went under the name of Walker when in fact his name was William Tweedie Graham. He married my maternal grandmother Mildred Leona Kaska. Thanks for anything u can find. How would I find birth cert's there.
