Half-brother, Allen Bailey, living in Delaware, looking for Betty and Shelby Perkins (maiden names). Mother was Dixie Almeda Price (maiden name). Not known if she ever married their father, later married Coy Bailey. The girls were born in War, WV, then moved to southern VA, both married now. Their father's name was Avery Perkins.
