    3. Grandparents migrated to US sometime between 1849-1853; WI 1870 and 80 census says birthplace Posen, Germany (Prussia) for most. They immigrated (not necessarily same time) into WI, Winnebago county, and later into Blue Earth City, Blue Earth and Faribault counties August Sasse, b. 1816, came with wife Wilhelmina Rach (Rock?) and two sons, Edward Ernest (b.Apr. 10, 1847),and Herman Julius, b. June 1, 1849. He married second wife, Christina Rose (b. 1834) approx. 1862. and eventually migrated to Blue Earth, Faribault county, MN. grgrandfather Martin Ferdinand Goetz b. 1830 in Posen, Germany, came with wife Emilie Johanna Plath (b. apprx. 1835) from Prussia, but may have migrated from Alsace Lorraine. They eventually settled in Blue Earth, MN. Are any of these names being reserached by anyone? Thanks, Joan Arcibald joanarc@netwiz.net
